Voice & Messaging Policy
Calibogue Worldwide Corporation and its operating companies use voice and messaging only for legitimate, permission-based business communications.
How consent is obtained
We send SMS or MMS only after a recipient affirmatively requests or agrees to receive messages, such as by providing a mobile number through an approved form, written agreement, account setting, or direct conversation. Consent is specific to the stated purpose and is not a condition of purchase.
Types of messages
Messages may include requested alerts, account or project updates, meeting coordination, document notifications, security notices, and replies to a recipient's inquiry. We do not use purchased lead lists or send unsolicited promotional messages.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to the service or interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. We may send one confirmation of the opt-out. Reply START to re-enroll where available. Reply HELP for assistance or email support@caliboguecorp.com.
Voice calls and AI assistance
Calls may use automated or AI-assisted features for routing, note-taking, summaries, or requested assistance. When recording or transcription is enabled, notice and consent will be handled as required by applicable law and the circumstances of the call. AI does not independently authorize transactions or override designated human decision-makers.
Privacy
We do not sell mobile information. Mobile opt-in and consent records are not shared with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Report misuse
